Any personal information you provide when registering is collected solely for administrative purposes - organising sessions, contacting you about events and managing our records. It will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party and is only used by Rally to Rosé to run our events.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately due to the nature of organising these events, tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or personal circumstances. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled and no alternative date is provided, or as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Photo and Social Media Policy

Throughout our events, we take photos to share on our social media channels as part of how we promote and grow our community. By joining a session, you may appear in these photos. If you would prefer to not be photographed, just let us know and we'll do our best - though we can't guarantee you won't be in the background of any shots.
